When installing and using the AUBO STUDIO application on a tablet device, users may encounter some system limitations. Additionally, because different tablet models have varying system configurations, the operation may differ slightly from one tablet to another. This guide aims to provide users with troubleshooting strategies, but specific actions will depend on the model of the tablet.

1. Frequent Pop-Up Warning: “Controller Disconnected” (Code: 9102)

Issue:

Cause:

  1. Weak network signal.
  2. The app loses connection with the controller when switching between foreground and background, or when the tablet screen turns off and on.

Solution:

  1. Reduce the distance between the tablet and the controller, or minimize obstacles between them.
  2. Enable the app’s background activity and auto-start permissions, and disable the tablet’s power-saving mode.

2. Overlay Warning: “Connection Failed” (Code: 9103)

Issue:

Cause:

  1. Weak network signal.
