Introduction

The iS series Pro version collaborative robot is a professional cobot built for complex working conditions across all industries. It comes standard with an entry-level six-axis force/torque sensor and supports an optional high-performance version. With core hardware upgraded across the board and industry-leading performance, it can be widely used in scenarios across all industries.

The iS series Pro robot arm can be used with the AUBO-CB-iS series controllers.

Applications

Precision force-controlled assembly, deburring and grinding, flexible fitting, precision inspection, part calibration, and precision handling, covering complex working conditions in 3C electronics, automotive parts, hardware processing, new energy, and scientific research.

• Integrated end-effector force control: No external components or additional interfaces are required. Force control repeatability reaches 0.5 %FS (optional 0.1 %FS), giving the robot flexible sensing and compliant operation capabilities.
• Industry-leading speed of 6.3 m/s: Core components are deeply optimized and equipped with the latest self-developed adaptive acceleration algorithm. The payload-to-weight ratio reaches up to 1:3 and the end-effector speed up to 6.3 m/s, at the top level of the industry.
• Integrated force-control process packages: The software deeply integrates force-control process packages with built-in mature templates for grinding, assembly, fitting, and force-controlled dragging. No complex secondary development is needed, so force-control tasks are deployed quickly and commissioning time is shortened.
• IP66 protection: Resists dust and splashing water and adapts to harsh production environments with oil contamination and heavy dust, ensuring long-term stable operation.
