Authority - Advanced Mode
Advanced Mode Introduction
[Advanced mode] provides more detailed user management functions, allowing users with different roles to log in and operate the software within their authorities. After logging in, the administrator can create, set, or cancel accounts, and the authorities of other accounts are assigned by the administrator account.
After [Advanced mode] is turned on in the Advanced page of classic mode, AuboStudio enters the advanced mode login page, and the AuboStudio home page appears after login.

- Password login:
- First login after advanced mode is turned on: The default user ID is [admin], and the default password is the [admin password] set in classic mode. It is recommended to change the password immediately after the first login.
- Non-first login of the admin account / login of a normal user: Enter the user ID and password of the account. Normal user accounts are created in advance by the administrator.
- Swipe card login: After a swipe card user is created on the user management page, only the user ID needs to be entered.
- Guest login: Enter the teach pendant interface without a password, but only the authority to enter the home page is retained.
Note:
After advanced mode is turned on, the scenarios in classic mode that originally require various passwords only require verification of the password of the logged-in user.
Personal Information

The personal information page displays the information and authorities of the currently logged-in user.
Role

On the [Role Management] page, system authorities can be grouped and managed as templates. A role is the carrier of a permission set: a group of function permissions is packaged in advance. After a user account is created, you only need to assign the corresponding role to the account, and the account obtains all permissions in that role, so that permissions can be assigned in batches.
Role Page Description
- Default role names: AuboStudio provides 6 preset roles, which are divided into the following 6 types according to the number of authorities.
- Administrator: the admin, with the highest authority in AuboStudio.
- ME Engineer: the equipment administrator.
- PE/PQE: the quality administrator.
- Technician Leader: the technical team leader.
- Operator: the operator.

- Password error tolerance count: After the number of consecutive incorrect password entries reaches this setting, the user account is locked.
- Number of historical passwords recorded: The default value is 10, which means that a user cannot reuse any of the 10 historical passwords previously used.
