Software and client versions

Click "Home > About" to view software version, SDK version, plugin version, build time, copyright, company website, and other information.

Firmware version

Click in the [Robot] functional area to view the serial number and version number of the current robot arm and controller.

The firmware package version is derived comprehensively based on the versions of joint and interface boards of the robot arm, including the robot firmware package version and the control box firmware package version. The rules to determine the version are as follows:

1. If only the firmware version of the end-of-arm tool is not consistent with the known one, then the firmware package version is marked with a gray star.
2. If the firmware versions of both the joints and base are not consistent with the known one, then the firmware package version is marked with a red star.
